'The Clay Diaries'
Don’t miss the screening of 'The Clay Diaries' at the 11th-annual Reel Artists Film Festival.
The Clay Diaries, directed by Isaki Lacuesta, follows the delivery of four tons of clay from Spain to Mali for a performance atop the Bandiagara cliff by Miquel Barceló and French choreographer and dancer Josef Nadj. The two performers attack the clay with clubs, hammers and their hands, morphing the mound into a work of art through their performative interaction with the medium.

The movie will be screened at the 11th-annual Reel Artist Film Festival, North America’s only festival devoted exclusively to documentary films about visual art and artists.
