When his trusty typewriter dies just as he nears completion of his magnum opus, an aged scholar reluctantly embraces the future by buying a computer — but he soon finds himself booting up a battle of hilariously epic proportions when a tiny computer “bit” becomes determined to break out of its boring sub-routine.

Mischief-loving twin brothers Zip & Zap, the classic Spanish comic-book characters, now come to life for their first big-screen adventure. It's the beginning of summer vacation, but Zip and Zap have been shipped off to a sinister-looking boarding school as punishment for their antics. Rebelling against the malevolent headmaster's harsh and unfair discipline, the brothers and their friends Filo, Micro and Matilde dub themselves "the Marble Gang" and defy the headmaster's authoritarian regime with a series of daring pranks. But when the gang stumbles across an exciting secret during one of their clandestine outings, they soon find themselves in a race to uncover a long-lost treasure, and to restore a fun and imaginative learning environment for their fellow students.
