Danza en familia
Spanish choreographer Juan Eduardo López travels the world to meet families and offer them to play while dancing.
Danza en Familia is a unique form of creative activity, from a simple idea: experience art through play and family, giving everyone the opportunity to freely express and share sensations.
The use of the game as the main channel of experimentation stimulates not only creativity and imagination, but also the participation, group life, solidarity and affection. So Danza en Familia has gradually become a way to discover and experience art in all its facets and family.
Nowadays, many of us dedicate more hours to the virtual world than real sharing with family and friends. Contact between people is often gradually shifted to the background, even within the same family where it seems increasingly difficult to share moments of joy, intimacy and learning. It is these concepts that Danza en Familia seeks to revive. There are no goals to achieve, no winner or loser, no obligations. The only goal is to have fun and participate in the group activity, with absolute freedom to enter or exit the game, or to realize the activity of this or that way, as the sensitivity of each is respected.
Come experience this incredible adventure for two hours with your children or grandchildren and have fun moving and dancing. Juan will be accompanied by three Quebec choreographers: Milan Gervais (Human Playground company), Emmanuel Jouthe (Danse Carpe Diem) and Sarah Dell’Ava.
