Animal is a choreographic work for five performers presented in a dreamlike atmosphere. It explores necessity and desire. A flow of pictures overlaps scenes of physical and emotional responses in extreme situations where instinct appears in the most daily moments of our lives.

Without resorting to a classical narrative thread, the work displays images of fighting, necessity, relaxation, love, and emotional sequestration. Its actions are linked to the idea of animality and survival. The company’s distinctive mix between dance and action intermingles and moves around together with Marina Wainer’s texts, evoking scenes of the impulsive world, which lead us towards things or situations.
