Storytelling in Spanish for children – Halloween Edition 2024

This Halloween Edition of “Cuentacuentos” will feature hands-on fun and spooky stories about ghosts, ghouls, witches, and scary pumpkins – a special opportunity to spend quality time with kids, family, and friends.

Storytelling will be led by Alicia Sevillano from Maleta Books. Originally from Alicante, Sevillano has a passion for early childhood education, the Spanish language, and art. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has taught in Spain, the US, and Canada. While teaching Spanish to children in North Carolina, she found inspiration to establish Maleta Books, recognizing the fundamental value of books as versatile and powerful educational tools.

At the end of the event, there will be time to meet and chat. You will also have the opportunity to purchase children’s books in Spanish from Maleta Books.
